Our Story
I didn't grow up with a personal trainer or a perfect diet plan.
I grew up working. Long shifts. Early mornings. Days that left no room for anything else.
I moved to Japan at 11 years old, started from scratch in a country where I didn't fully belong yet, and learned early on that life doesn't wait for you to be ready. As I got older, the factory floors and long hours became my reality. 8-hour shifts. 12-hour shifts. Sometimes 24.
But I never stopped loving movement. Football in school. Swimming. Basketball with friends. BJJ in my twenties. Sport was always the thing that made me feel like myself — until the exhaustion made it easy to let go.
Today I'm 41, working as a truck driver, and I still feel that pull. The desire to move. To feel good. To take care of my body — not for aesthetics, but because life is better when you feel strong.
